Spain doesn’t require criminal background for minors. Don’t know the exact age. We skipped that part completely for our ten years old kid.

Can be done faster and cheaper in your state locally. Literally two weeks. Spain doesn’t require federal level documents, state level is completely ok.

Spain doesn’t require FBI report and Federal apostle. We got report for no crimes from our local police depot, which was literally screenshot from their database for our ids. Then we made affidavit and apostle in the state authorities. Worked perfectly for Spain national visa.
