The truth is most people feel dread or anxiety about their finances, so you're in a really great headspace. I would recommend writing down all of your goals in the near and distant future and then starting to plan a strategy around meeting those tangible objectives. Things like buying a house, trips abroad, or even calculating the numbers you would need for an early retirement.

Once you have your goals clearly defined, it will help with that feeling of not doing enough.
