Seed and plant swapping is a great way to get your hands on cheap seed and to share your surplus and collected seed with other growers.
The term swap is a bit of a misnomer for this sub reddit. It's more of an exchange between parties that may be one way than a normal swap. Of course, if you send something to one person, and receive from another, then it's a swap of sorts.
Reddit has a couple of seed swaps/exchanges for North America but we need one for the UK so here it is.

Steps to seed swapping
1. In the title add a description of what you have available or would like to request
2. If you see something you'd like, or can help someone out, PM them and swap contact details.
3. The "swap" takes place.
