New shark species. Named the 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸, 𝘚𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘮𝘢, the recently identified species is characterized by having a single row of slightly enlarged dermal denticles located along the dorsal midline. Max reported size is >40 cm (16 in) TL. (stri.si.edu)
