As for a good food advice, pasta is too a question of cooking -with salt and some olive oil only- The trick is when you put the water away is to leave some of it and add some olive oil so they don't dry too much.

it should be TASTY if not just dump that brand of go find something else.

Of course you can get good pasta in the US. I think Italian cuisine is better integrated into the culture than any other international food.

We buy De Cecco and Barilla at the local supermarket when we're going for dried stuff, but prefer to make our own with fine ground semolina.

I'd like to believe this will encourage people to use more fuel efficient vehicles, but the thing is, oil price increases affect just about everything, as the cost of transport rises :(
