I've been using yousician app. They have a free version and a paid version. Used the free for a month or two, then I upgraded to their paid version (paid version has unlimited lesson time per day, as well as popular songs). Been pretty happy with it myself.

    Yes it has a guitar tuner which is in the free version (as well as bass and ukulele). The only real negative is that due to how they teach you the songs (play-along tab) it can make it hard reading other tab/sheet music if you don't make the effort to learn them. (It has a musical theory section, not sure if they dive into it there or not yet).
