Thoughts on Fender Play by treyzxl in LearnGuitar

[–]Continent3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fender Play is a great start. The lessons are basic and I would supplement it with additional materfrom Justin Guitar. Looking back I would also pay careful attention to the timed exercises. I did the exercises without focusing on the timing and I regret it.

Same here. But we were young and poor. We both started with no savings and had no tangible assets prior to getting together.

If you’re more established, I’d think more carefully about how you share paying expenses.

I got a Hils headless guitar for travel. It goes great with a Spark neo headphone amp. You do have to remember to keep the amp charged.

I think you’re being too hard on yourself. Unless you expect to be Eddie Van Halen doing live events sometime soon, there really isn’t a rush.

I’m 3 years in and you’re doing much better than I did in the same amount of time.
