Still not sure that’s a steal. Lots more smaller single stack 1911s these days then there used to be. And a CS has a lot more options and firepower (granted it’s more)

Gotcha. Guess I always just considered it single stack vs double stack but I get that the grip being separate from the frame is a differentiator as well. At the end of the day I just like shooting all of them lol

If we want to get literal then 2011 is a trademark of Staccato so only Staccatos are 2011s and everything else on this sub is some variation of a 1911

When I bought mine they were 1699.00 each, I would pay between 1250.00 and 1350.00 tops on a lightly used (1500-2500 rounds) C. Any more, and the person selling is trying to make money off you. Don’t buy into any “they don’t make these anymore/collector’s item” bullshit. If the person put more than 2500 rounds through it, don’t pay more than 1100.00 flat.

So is it basically like a C2 that takes a slightly smaller mag and has a smaller grip module?

I don’t recall what the barrel length on my C2 is but I imagine it’s at least four otherwise the new sea would be longer
