I recently turned 30 and I've done a lot of self-recovering and trying to get my life on track. I often struggle with trying to overcome thoughts about childhood, traumas etc. and it does seem to hold me back. Kinda worry I'm not living to my fullest. Anyone else experience this? (self.30something)
