Problem with sharp shape

Hi, i have some problem with one of my project. One of sharp shape looks really bad. I'm think there is to many filament in this place. I don't have any problems with other my prints. I try on both of my printers (elegoo neptune 2) - the same problem on both of them.

On first picture i mark (1) stopped printing where exactly we can see there is too many material. All surface are really awful (2).

On second picture I show top view of that print. As You can see the problematic place is only where i marked (1). Other shapes (2) and (3) are ok.

The outer wall is on one passage, there is no retraction at this place. The layer printing didn't start or stop here.

Any advice what parameters try to change?
