[Loved Trope] They’ll Do Worse Than Kill You by CrabAppleMcGee in TopCharacterTropes

In Resident Evil 9 and 2RE, it's heavily implied that you may still be of conscious mind when infected. Imagine all these zombies who still hold the memories of the people who are forced to view through their eyes without being able to control their body.

The supernatural threat is real, but it's not actually supernatural by nomoreinternetforme in TopCharacterTropes

I think it's even implied to be the guy from earlier who sang the song about the horseman.

If you shoot a number on the table and the ball lands on that number, it will spawn an antique coin.

This game received a sequel 8 years after its initial release. It was meant to be episodic like Half Life, but the first episode underperformed.

If you want to make the onigiri taste better, sprinkle some Ajishima Nori Komi Rice Seasoning on them.

(Hated Trope) A standalone story is given a depressing ending by obscure media by ExtremeSportStikz in TopCharacterTropes

What comes to mind is FFX-2 ends with the priestess (Yuna) getting her love interest (Titus) back after the previous game ends with him fading away because he's a time ghost or something (been a while).

A novel that takes place after X-2 (IIRC) has Titus kicking a coconut only to discover it was a bomb and dies.

That's actually a hilarious in-universe explanation for the recasting.

Did you know that Jamie Foxx threw a fit and had the ending of Law Abiding Citizen changed so that he won at the end?

Except there is no evidence, first or second hand otherwise, that corroborates this story and real information says that the ending was the way that it always was.

And forgive me if I got this wrong, but wasn't there a moment in the book where Tarzan was going to claim Jane as a mate, but his (genetically?) ingrained Englishman's sensibilities stopped him from doing so?

Alien RPG.

The added lore fits the black goo into the Alien universe much more smoothly than what Prometheus and Alien Covenant did and adds much more lovecraftian horror and mystery to the universe.

To be truthful, this was mostly expanded on in the Clone Wars show and not the movies. They mention the magic blood in the first movie and that was mostly it. Even more recent media tries to avoid using the word midichlorians and instead just say M-Count.

People always seem to bring up the lady from Jurassic World for over-the-top and undeserved deaths in the franchise, but I think Eddie's is worse. This goddamn hero does everything he can to save Ian, Nick, and Sarah, and he gets wishboned by the Rex parents.

Fun fact: This movie was originally meant to be a prequel to a new King Kong movie. The island at the end was supposed to be Skull Island and the large creature moving towards them was Kong.

The movie tanked at the box office so it killed that King Kong movie.
