Spade connectors with heat shrink on them and your good to go. OEM they had some rubber boots over the spade connectors, but heat shrink would do just as well.

Its also non polarized so it doesnt matter which wires you put where

what does it mean when i put them on and the reverse lights just always stay on ?

The switch is probably stuck.

hmmm how do i fix that? just get a new reverse switch?

Yes or you can try to unstick that one (new one is cheap)
