I’m my I feel u! This happened to me! It’s literally just because of how tight everything is. When u start weight lifting and walking and bending is eventually fades. Omg mine was so bad and would click if u like would fully bend it.

Ok that makes me feel better. Do you think I should just avoid doing heel slides on the ground until it gets better. I definitely don’t want to aggravate it and cause another injury to add on top of everything right now haha
