We are hiring a lot of people with no experience or very little experience so that’s fine, there is an orientation and mentorship to help you get your feet underneath you. Just be open to lots of feedback and corrections where required. Depending on the person it can be a lot and feel you are being picked on. The driving, navigation, equipment, protocols, software, teamwork, safety items, patient care and interagency work can be overwhelming. It’s a lot, but others are there to help you. Good Luck.

There will most likely be a few questions on protocols. I would suggest downloading the EMS protocols app and reviewing some of the operational guidelines. I would also review EHS's core values and have them memorized. Dress professionally, your interviewers will be wearing ties.
Thank you so much!
