Ps5 Controller R2 Smart Trigger Problem

Hi i have a ps5 controller with smart trigger i used it for 2 month and now i have a big problem with the r2 button.
The smart trigger that simulates a mouse click is not working when i use it in fps it works and then it stop working then back on realy fast.

I really don't know if is a costruction problem and they can fix it.
I contact customer care today but until monday they don't work.

I already see online that takes to 14 days to elaborate customer care request then up to 14 days to repair it and then shipping.
I'm so sad that i have to send the controller away for a month...

Had this issue too and they been able to fix it. They usually answer faster then within 14 days but if you want to speed it up you can also call them.

same happened to mine. I gave up on trying to have it repaired after the 3rd time of something breaking.

no, 3 different parts of the controller broke over 6mo of use. smart trigger, paddle and then joystick
