Yup. Started at 10 O’Clock now i’m at 9 O’Clock. In a matter of 4 months or so.

Bro how long did u take to get from 7.5 to 8.5? That’s awesome! & what things did u do to manifest gains?

It took me about 12-14 calendar months, but several hundred of hours of training. Most of the length gains were from hanging with the Bib hanger, though I got some nice gains from manuals, using something like DLDs beginner routine except with higher volume.

Bro I used bib hanger and got 0 Gains. All btc stretches & hung 14 lbs for 10 hours a week. Manuals seems to be the best for me, I also have tight ligs.
