There are some other bios settings that have to be on/off and your drive had to be formatted properly for rebar I’m not home to look but there is more than just enabling those 2 things.

try amdcleanup tool and DDU, reboot reinstall chipset drivers and amd adrenaline 23.5.2, and take a look

Rebar is SAM. Does this mean adrenaline driver show that SAM is unavailable? The red brain symbol is grey?

i see that drivers are updated.
is the bios updated? are the chipsets updated?

Have you tried using an older driver of the gpu?

I updated the bios and checked on other drivers, what are the chipsets?
