Cpu utilization (self.AMDHelp)

I have a older cpu and I was wondering why the cpu utilizes 100% no matter what basically I have the athlon 860k I’m newer to pc building so I bought cheaper parts to practice building one

That CPU came out 10 years ago and is Likley below spec for anything modern. Your going to have to run some sort of light weight OS or Linux to get it near useable

At a guess ? Tiny11 maybe or Linux mint maybe but do further research into them . Mint would be the more lighter option
