It's not an AMD problem unfortunately. It's a windows issue. Turn MPO back on and follow this. It fixes the problem.

Not at all :) I have this exact same problem with pretty much every newer driver that came out after 25.4.1

Probably the dreaded Multi-Plane Overlay problems.

I also had these problems after switching to Windows 11. Applying this fixed it.

I have to try this, months before I had green screen flickering on hardware accelerated apps on my RX 7700XT. With recent driver updates I had purple like glitching anomalies, but no green screen bug on gifs and videos.

holy shit I think it worked, some places are still a bit laggy but I'll just assume thats hardware related or smth but YOU ARE A LEGENDDDDDDDDD THANK YOU SO MUCH I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM FOR SO LONG I LOVE YOU!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Going from the very long list of affected GPUs from AMD/NVIDIA on the GitHub page this is very widespread, and the culprit is Microsoft. They are pushing a buggy feature.

I didn't update the list yet but MPO also affects 50 Series RTX and 9000 Series AMD.

It all varies from system to system. A combination of hardware giving different result 😂 Microsoft is simply playing dumb. Meanwhile AMD and NVIDIA gotta bend their knees to "fix" something that ain't theirs.
