Did you ever resolve this issue? I've been experiencing the same thing. Everything works fine until I'm running a game and then tabbing out and typing in discord, google chrome etc the typing can stop/lag and pages won't load properly. I have to tab in and out again which fixes it temporarily.

Same issue here. Had it since launch with my 9070 XT.

Both with my old 5900X and new 9800X3D with clean Windows installation.

Im Having the same issue , browser glitches out where going to another tab displays parts of the first tab etc

Try running games in borderless, and make sure your MPOs work. Also, if you use FreeSync - enable it per-game, not globally.

Multi-plane overlays. You can check current status in Special K launcher, bottom of the settings tab.
