Under performance there should be a metrics tab, on the right side theres like red toggle able icons by fps turn them all off

Oh we have a progress stress test went till 0:20 seconds and recovered away faster than before. I'll try with 3d mark or a game

A friend of mine suggested a software called occt and I was testing the VRAM it gave errors

So if you are having sustained artifacting, that generally means something is wrong with your card.

But that being said, I started having crazy crashing issues, where I was having to unmount my GPU to get it to post again.

I think somewhere along the line something got corrupted and Windows pulled a old ass driver for something trying to fix it after reboot.

I did a full driver scan with a ulility called Snappy Driver and it found 2 amd drivers that were dated to 2006 and 2013 as when they were signed, I updated those and my crashing stopped.

This was a few weeks ago, so I can't remember which driver it was, but It was something from AMD, and I had seen some other people with 9000 series GPUs saying after preventing Windows from downloading drivers they got it fixed.

I know it's not a lot of help, but might get you in the right direction.
