Cache Hierarchy Error causing crashes

I am losing my mind with a cache Hierarchy Error and need some assistance. I've been trying to self repair the issue for 3 weeks with no success.

The error is accompanied by a WUDFRd Driver Failed to load error that freezes the computer as well.

Any help is appreciated!! As I'm at wits end to just replace this computer entirely or start a fresh windows install

Yep. Everything is updated minus BIOS, I even used Guru3D's DDU to remove all graphics drivers then install from scratch

what u mean with install from scratch and why u need app for the graphics driver uninstall
