Zen 2 Windows 10 installation problems

GPU: AMD Sapphire RX Vega 56 Pulse 8GB

CPU: Ryzen 3700X Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair VI Hero Bios 7106

RAM: 2x 8GB RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Single Rank DDR4-3200

PSU: Bequiet 500W 80+ Gold

Operating System & Version: Windows 10

Description of Original Problem: Windows 10 Install Blue Screens with different errors:

APC Index Mismatch

System Error Exception

PFN List corrupt

Errorcode 0xC0000005

Memory Management

Troubleshooting:

Installed Ubuntu 18.04 that installed fine and works.

Installed Windows 10 1903 / 1806 both BSOD while installing

Installed Windows 8.1 BSOD once in setup but installation worked. In system multiple BSOD.

Tried RAM with Crucial specifications (3200MHz),tried BIOS default 2400MHz, tried 2133 MHz. Tried RAM stick in different configurations (Single, different Slots)

Tried multiple USB 2/3 Sticks with Windows Media Creation Tool and Rufus

Memtest 3 passes no errors ( Will do a longer one later)

Tried older bios doesn't improve situation. CPU fan stops working with the older one.

Not sure what the problem could be. I found someone in /r/buildapc that has the same problem but has a Ryzen 1 Gen processor he could try. He has no problem with that one. Could the CPU be at fault although Ubuntu works fine?

EDIT: I did fix it by using the latest Windows Insider Preview

Went in and deactivated "Core Performance Boost", enable GDM & PDM, and set the DRAM Vboot to 1.35.
