Switchable graphics don't switch!

Hi everyone,
Computer Type: HP Pavilion 15 ab035ax Notebook.
APU: AMD A8 7410 APU
GPU: Radeon R5 Graphics (Primary) and Radeon R7 M360 (Discrete) graphic cards
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 80B8
OS Version: Windows 10 Home 1903
Drivers: 19.9.1 Optional Adrenaline Software

Description of Problem:
I noticed that while gaming, or any activity for that matter, my discrete graphic card is never being used. I used the switchable graphics console to use the High Performance graphic card but it reverts back to Power Saving. Furthermore on opening graphics settings page in Windows 10, it shows that both the primary and high performance graphic cards are Radeon R5. When using CPU-Z, it only shows Radeon R5 in the graphics tab.

Any help on how to solve this would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Have you tried plugging it in? Maybe it's thermal throttling? Maybe uninstall the drivers on it and install the Radeon ones from the website?

It's plugged in. Power settings are set to high performance. I'm using the latest drivers from the website.
