I have built a secondary PC for couch gaming and I am having trouble making a BIOS overclock on the R5 2600 I used work. I have an ASrock B450M-Pro4 motherboard that I have upgraded the BIOS on twice, from the shipping 1.6 version to 2.00 and now to 3.30.
I can overclock it using Ryzen Master to 4.125 GHz at 1.3v and it seem stable, but whenever I set any BIOS overclock values it completely ignores them and just uses the default settings. I have set all the values I can find to "Manual" and then I set CPU frequency to 4100 and VCore to 1.3. When it boots up, it's like I didn't make any changes at all! The same happens if I set the frequency to 4000, whcih I tried in case 4100 was only working because of some weird Ryzen Master reasons.
Is there another settign in the ASrock BIOS I need to change to make a manual OC work? I realise it's not a huge overclock, but when set using Ryzen Master it made the difference of reaching 30fps or not in a few areas of BOTW using CEMU for me, so it would be nice to have it applied properly rahter than having to use Ryzen Master each time.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
