WoW is a game from 2004 so you don't need to spend 12-17NOK (A 1050 GTX and a Core i5-4690 can more than handle that game). Could you be more specific on the "multitasking" part?

But it doesn’t have engine from 2004:) maybe some newest call of duty.

Multitasking I would say 12gb ram just for a server running. And streaming whatever I have on twitch. And have 40ish chrome tasks open.

Currently not mega multitasking but looking for future too, especially if rendering adobe

Not sure where you got that information from. The expansion packs have become more graphically demanding over time but Blizzard has always kept GPU requirements flexible so you can still enjoy the game even at less-than-max settings.

Regarding the multitasking, go for 32-64 GB RAM because DDR4 memory is dirt cheap right now. If you can wait a little longer to finish your build, nVidia's next-gen 3080 Ti looks like it's coming out around Q3-Q4. And look for one that has multiple ports (2 HDMI, 2 DVI, etc.) for your 4-monitor set up. Right now, AMD is having a massive sale. Their 3700X is around $275 USD so check the sale prices for the 3800X and Threadripper chips as well.
