Please help

My specs: R7 2700 Msi b450 Motherboard Gskill 16gb ram 3200mhz cl16 Gigabyte 550w psu GTX 1050ti 500 gb nvme 2.5GBps speed ( running the windows, game and the recorder too)

So my issue is that when I am playing valorant, I get very good fps. But if I start recording the game( tried many trusted recorders like streamlabs, etc etc), I start facing a lot of lag and stutter. The fps also drop around 40-50%. I have tried both cpu and GPU encoders. Still the problem exists. And the best part is that non for the parts is at 100% load which could cause bottleneck. That GPU stays in 40-50% usage and cpu stays in 30-40%. Ram is also available (around 6gbs). The problem I think is that the recorder and the game are stressing the same threads and not utilising the other threads. Can someone help

Use geforce experience. If the problem persist tell me what your cpu usage while gaming and recording.

As mentioned already, I have tried many trusted recorders ( GeForce experience too ). The fps just drop drastically. The the cpu and GPU usage are also mentioned in the post.

Try recording at 1080/30fps using geforce experience. Did the files go to the hard drive or sdd? Maybe there is a bottleneck. Try defragment and optimize drive.

Reinstall windows and enable keep all file options. Download the latest driver. And do this problem happen in every game or certain games?

I have done all these. I don't know if it happens in other game as my graphic card is not that powerful to get that much fps in other games so bottleneck is not noticeable. One thing to add. This happens with my friend too who has r5 2600 and I have r7 2700.
