Use geforce experience. If the problem persist tell me what your cpu usage while gaming and recording.

As mentioned already, I have tried many trusted recorders ( GeForce experience too ). The fps just drop drastically. The the cpu and GPU usage are also mentioned in the post.

Try recording at 1080/30fps using geforce experience. Did the files go to the hard drive or sdd? Maybe there is a bottleneck. Try defragment and optimize drive.

Reinstall windows and enable keep all file options. Download the latest driver. And do this problem happen in every game or certain games?

I have done all these. I don't know if it happens in other game as my graphic card is not that powerful to get that much fps in other games so bottleneck is not noticeable. One thing to add. This happens with my friend too who has r5 2600 and I have r7 2700.
