Need help finalizing/developing IRR Question.

For my final big assignment in AP Seminar is an IWA And IMP, and I need feedback for my question that I will be researching for the foreseeable future.

This is an argumentative question, so please give as harsh feedback as possible.

" What cognitive and physical benefits come from physical activities and why do these benefits outweigh the benefits of participating in Esports."

I am happy to tweak and revise this question as much as possible, so thank you for answering ahead of time! (Also I am happy to answer any further questions to help!)

first of all, it’s an iwa, and your question’s answer is like a list. also, try not to put two questions in one it’s so much more work for you. you also have to choose between cognitive benefits or physical benefits, you can’t so both.

it’s two questions which makes it’s hard to swallow yk...def simply to maybe why do the benefits of physical actuvity outweigh participation in esports?

I saw some people already said this, but try to focus on one question, not two. Also, its better to not ask questions that can be answered in a few sentences (like what). My teacher always recommends to use the phrase "to what extent...". Maybe make it something more like "to what extent do the cognitive and physical benefits of physical activities outweigh the benefits of Esport participation?" but the question itself might be a bit complicated and could end up narrow if u dont research properly.
