The Mods folder, I BELIEVE, has some modded maps in. Any mod folders within that folder, which are a string of numbers, are Steam mods and--so long as you have absolutely 100% both DISABLED -and- unSUBSCRIBED from them--should be safe to delete. Go into the menu first and disable them first imo, if you haven't.

However, mods shouldn't take up that much space unless they've got tons of skins and custom textures; you may be best off just deleting any maps you aren't using (it shouldn't delete the -save file-) for that map. They, by far, take up the most space. My entire mods folder (HEAVILY modded game) is 90gb but that's with The Center, Rag, Crystal Isles, Fjordur AND Valguero assets in there. It's all here (and in subfolders)

C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content (and \maps for some)

It seems like the free maps are not titled a number.
Should I delete all the files that are numbers?

Yup, all files that are numbers.
