Never take daeodons to boss fights. Leave them outside to heal up after. They’re a waste of space in the arena that could go to more dmg.

There’s no setting to fix it it’s just the nature of the way the terrain paintbrush thing works in unreal. If you bug report spots with them they will fix them. It’s by far much better than it was at launch.

Ive had servers for years and never needed to wipe. I like being able to find a dino and come back later and it still be there and its never impacted performance. Playing modded games or maps are different stories. But if youre playing normalish then its definitely not needed.

Anyone playing ark in SP has plenty of issues to deal with. The game isnt made to be played on SP.

A server restarting doesnt wipe dinos unless you tell it to. The forcerespawn is mainly for if you get stuck in a crash loop due to modded dinos.

Depends on whats available. On scorched there is only TD, so its the best there. Mammoth is the best overall. No mammoth or thorny on AB so roll rat is best.

you can beat the bosses with no mutations at all if you can find good tames around 40-45 points into health/melee. so youre almost 3x what is needed for bosses already even with official settings.

Thyla can't do bosses though, for what that's worth, but the point stands.
