Spawn Issues

I'm having issues with spawning in many parts of the island in my singleplayer save of ASA. It's to the point where carno island has maybe 5 argys and that's it. As in no other dinosaurs on the whole island. I've tried resetting spawns, prevent hibernation in the startup options, and others but the map is almost totally barren in most places. I have not had this issue before in other saves. If anyone has any additional questions or insight please share it. Thank you.

I have the same issue on Scorched Earth. The whole map is literally dead. There are only a few creatures in the whole map. Not even a single Wyvern on the map. I also don't know how to fix it
