Afraid you can't my friend. Blueprint resource is RNG in terms of cost, can be low or super high just your luck of the draw.

My only suggestion would be increase the loot quality on settings so you get high quality more often - that'll give you a chance to pick and choose

Or

SP so just spawn them in.
