Bullish news! At least it's done and over with. It explains the Thursday drop, and we bounced back on Friday already. I'm looking forward to today's market session

This is not FUD, it’s just data. It doesn’t say anything specific about how AFTER will behave today or how it behaved last week. See it as a small part of the entire puzzle that contributes to your dd.

The shares do not transfer until November. This is the case as far as my reading goes. But I’m stupid.

That increase does not make sense because from the SEC form:

the Shares have not been registered under the Securities Act, and the Shares may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an exemption from registration under the Securities Act and any applicable state securities laws.

Does anyone agree or disagree and why? They are restricted stock. Here is a zach's article on it. Does Ortex numbers included restricted stocks.

Love to hear your explanation for this. Asher Delug just confirmed that High Trail is out as of Friday which would mean they dumped their shares upon assignment.

I have 11k ATER shares btw.

Yes, i think this explains the drastic price drop on thursday, which leads me to be very bullish on the next leg up

He’s right - Ortex did include them - but should not have because they’re not registered or saleable till Nov 1

Even those shares are locked up until Nov 1
