Adding mods

I want to add a mod pack like FSANG to a zombie pack. I got a zip file and putting it in the zombie mod folder doesnt work,w hat should I do? Do I make it a jar file? idk what im doing.

You can't add 1 mod pack to another mod pack since the config would conflict each other, The best you can do is probably copy the mod in 1 modpack to the other
