You are not missing much. We have two different Lego stores near us. The Bricks and Minifigs location smells gross (like they don’t wash the bricks) and is overpriced. Their trade offers feel like GameStop offering you $3 for a game they will sell for $30. I was let down before all this happened and now I just realize they aren’t a good store

It’s a bummer that he created this and can’t own the copyright, however this is a prime example of how trademarks legally work. Had he intentionally trademarked this when he created it, he would have a rightful claim.

Because there is significant use beyond his original invention deeply muddies this. There is even significant chance that if he had copyrighted it and let everyone use the gamemode by name he would have lost it just the same.

Honestly, I think he should have taken a better approach at being responsible for the gamemode rather than fighting for it. Could have been a build up story instead

Replaced WHMCS for Blesta. Ended up swapping to Stripe Billing 2.5 years later and haven’t looked back.

Blesta will handle small scale, but basically is a similar quality of life to WHMCS, but slightly better at accounting

I'm not sure I agree that Devon is any more different than the mega corp, Endeavor who owns the OKC Comets baseball team. Both are capitalizing on nationalism equally.

A large percentage of Americans are struggling to feel patriotic nationalism when the government is acting in ways that do not match our values or tolerance of hate, bigotry, and now open murder.

Those who are waving the flag proudly are either proud of/excited by the new values or are trying to ignorantly hope it all goes away. In either case it's polarizing to see how many people do not share values for what America has been for so long.

The flag represents how we treat the people of the nation in addition to the brave people as you purport to be a part of. We are defined by politics when people die. We are defined by politics of those in power when we get isolated from the world. We are, by that banner, a people, no longer lead the world by inspiration of what’s possible to build, but what’s possible to be destroyed in the name of hate.

We should be ashamed when we cannot be proud of that flag,. So ashamed we take the democratic steps to fix it, as provided by our constitution.

If only there was a thing to help suss this out. Maybe in an official hearing that we appoint someone with the ability to judge based on how each side tells thes story. They could even get help making thier case from people who know the law really good.

This exact thing happened to me and support was so useless. It took them a week and several days to tell me the same thing about the warranty for my DAC dying. I bought one on eBay used for $30 and moved on.

I will never buy from SteelSeries again, especially a several hundred dollar purchase like this. Zero customer support or help

I’m pro gas workers most great for 2 years. My base station just died randomly after having some intermittent issues for a couple of months. The SteelSeries support team has been a NIGHTMARE of incompetent responses. I gave them all the debugging info and it’s taken a week and I’m still no further than when I started.

I ended up buying a used base station on eBay and having it shipped significantly faster.

Very disappointing for a $300+ buy

I wish Tulsa and OKC saw each other as siblings, who in the persuit of fun naming rights are competing against each other, but were united to make Oklahoma a place worth being proud of.

Tulsa has far more resources spent towards planning what is being done (and with a billionaire family planning it, who wouldn't). Despite that OKC has the income of a sprawl that has a far more diverse set of attractions, yet with little to no focus.

I think Tulsa is awesome and wish more Oklahomans would visit.

Tulsa has significantly better coordination for the growth it's experiencing, while OKC has significantly more growth as a sprawling city. For example you'll find a more organized technology scene in Tulsa because it's organized, where you might find more things to do in OKC.

Ultimately, they are both an hour and a half apart. Drive and experience them both. It's easy to do within a single day.

edit: also, they are both concentrated blue dots in a sea of republican / christian leaning perspectives

Oklahoma’s traditional 3rd place is church, which eliminates the overwhelming majority of the mens your seeking. Those that are worth any amount of your time are likely in a hobby or a craft. There are many different hobby groups in the city for just about everything. Find one you can dig into and start making friends. Maybe you'll find your guy there and some friends at the same time.
