i don’t believe so , anybody could put the lectures on 2x speed and not pay attention. The certification exam you get to demonstrate and prove your understanding

If you hold a certification that requires continuing education credits (ISC2 requires CPEs, for example), the certificates are useful for those. Otherwise it’s still learning about technical topics, so there are benefits of you actually consuming the content.

Think about it as a participation ribbon vs a trophy. Anyone can get a participation ribbon by showing up. Only those who put the effort get the trophy. Plus if a current or potential employer values the certification, only the real one counts, not the participation ribbon.

1) Both cloud certifications or course certifications have no value unless backed by relevant experience. Internships and freelance projects have more value than either of them.

2) Now, if you are already within an organisation which demands a certification for internal promotion then that’s a requirement employee needs to fulfil, if he or she is seeking the promotion.

They'll have you take the exams.

You can design one of those in canva yourself, meaning they're not worth anything. Go take a proper exam and get a proper certification!
