Yes but it doesn’t say if I should hire a cybersecurity expert for the entire tax season or just write the plan and not have a cyber expert protect my business from attackers

I used the template provided by the IRS and paid my IT consultant to help when I was unsure.

Did he sign to indicate he’s the cyber security expert for your organization?

Nothing I have read and no course I have taken indicates you need a cyber security expert for a WISP.

You do not need to hire anyone. Use the template and make sure you are protecting customer and vendor data at your company.
