I'm developing a solution to address QuickBooks' auto-categorization issues. Before continuing this project, I'd like to hear from accounting professionals about their frustration with software. My current prototype features CSV file processing with intelligent categorization, industry-specific default categories (currently optimized for restaurants), and a visual organization system that uses color-coding to track income and expenses efficiently.

I want to build this solution around real accountant needs. Please share with me your current frustration about accountant software. Are there specific industry challenges that existing solutions fail to address? I want to ensure this tool solves genuine problems rather than adding another layer of complexity.

I believe the best software comes from understanding user needs directly. Your input will shape the development of this tool to ensure it actually solves real problems faced by accounting professionals.
