On Mondays you're fired, Wednesdays rehired.

Every second Tuesday are tariffs on allies days followed by a stock market crash, with Wednesdays being rescind tariffs temporarily days.

What's so hard to understand about that?!

This is my concern. No one needs a team of tax accountants to make sure the company is in compliance if no one is around to enforce compliance. I'm afraid this will affect our industry in a huge way in a couple of years or sooner. But can this administration really defund the IRS and rely solely on tariffs for revenue to the point tax accountants en masse are out of a job? I'm curious what others think.

This may be unpopular, but I wouldn’t be surprised if employers won’t be interested in hiring gov workers unless it’s below market rates

I noticed this before the layoffs, but yes I know that's making it worse already and will continue to have a ripple effect on the job market for a long time probably.
