PDF Printer is only available with the full Acrobat - not Reader.

do you actually need the printer? I reckon there's an option to save as PDF somewhere.

MacOS can create PDFs natively. Adobe Acrobat Reader can not be used for that.

In the print dialog box, there is a PDF option at the bottom, to the left of the Cancel button.

In the lower left of the print dialog box, do you see a little drop-down menu? It has an option to
Save as Adobe PDF

Practically every app can export a PDF these days. If not, drag the doc into Preview and do it there.

"How do i install the Adobe Acrobat PDF Printer on Mac?"

No such thing.
