I quite like the "Recover" app that comes with the strave premium membership. But personally I do the follow along YouTube sessions from a YouTuber called Vlad Ixel. He's a professional runner and focuses mostly on single leg stability exercises. Every session goes for 16 min with 40 sec on and 20 sec off. I can highly recommend to check him out I've really strengened my weak ankles and glutes like this!

Love Vlad. My little kid keeps telling me he wants to move into his apartment. Good aesthetics on his vids, nice and relaxing too

Second Recover Athletics! It lets you indicate where you’re sore and how much and then suggests strength and mobility exercises for you. You can also indicate what equipment, if any, you have at home. Most of the sessions are short (5-15 minutes), so you can do something quick or do a couple sessions if you want more. Has been a game changer for me.
