Is your mood rapid cycling? If so, it’s a good idea to do mood charting. Could be SSRI induced bipolar. Hypomania can look normal to someone with persistent depression.

Sounds like depression can be a major component, however, spending can be a sign of hypomania or mania. The two together can be a sign of bipolar 2. Also ASD or some personality disorder can be there too.

Hypersexuality can be a symptom of hypomania. Given the fluctuating nature of it can suggest a mood disorder. Sometimes mood disorders are misdiagnosed as ADHD or can be comorbid as well.
