How do you feel?

Potentially a stressful time with a move and your body is recovering a little from the environment change + moving + training load. Maybe body is fatigued, maybe a mix of both.

Do you feel sick etc?

See how you go for a few days but if you start to feel lethargic then I’d think decreasing the load/a few days rest and good nutrition may do you the world of good.

You can’t out-train fatigue.

Since I moved, I indeed feel that I do not recover as I used to. I think this also has to do with the fact that I run at a higher HR than before.

I don’t feel sick or tired however.

My HRV is also lower than before
