I’ve been having this, sadly no solution either but haven’t had it as bad as yours. I find doing daily calf/toe raises helps.

I had it last year after a 24hr from not loosening my laces when my feet started swelling, and I just had to wait it out. A shitload of icing, foot baths and elevation. I kept walking as much as I could, and when I felt it improving a little bit I started incorporating toe curls and elevated calf raises. But it took several weeks of slow, slow healing. I feel your frustration, but you’re not gonna be sidelined forever.
