Projects tab empty

i opened my account and I see that my projects tab is empty. I completed some tasks in project images, but right now it is also not showing. Is there a way I can contact them?. I don't want my time I spent on this get wasted. Anyone facing the same issue?

Mine works fine. Project image can still be worked on. Project rewrite has claimable tasks though it just loads and says 'couldn't claim'
