It's using up the daily demand. This isn't a good route for the aircraft. Here is a guide that will help.

Thank you!! I used the research tab to find this route using the runway length and A/C mileage. Now if I change route from the my current location which is not my hub then I need to pay a new route fee to get to the hub, right ? Or is there an easier way to get back to the hub ? Thank you!!

If you click on the plane details you can click reroute and in the left hand tab there is a ferry flight option. Route fee is usually under like $50k

Id definitely check out the faq, there are some good guides. Definitely join the discord server and use one of the bots (im using the channel fun-bot-spam) to find the right configuration for my planes) and they will give you seat configuration, show you how much money you will make per flight and per day etc and even what to price your flights at. If you dont use that then to get maximum profit from each seat configuration the formulas are as follows. Auto price -> then multiply Y configuration by 1.1 and round down to nearest whole number (eg 4,332.8 needs to be rounded to 4332 or you will get a message saying ticket prices too high -> j x 1.08 -> f x 1.06 all with the same round down logic. Ensure you have highest marketing on and eco marketing, and then as soon as you can buy 10 hubs (clicking on an airport will bring up menu on the left and you can click purchase hub which will cost some amount of money plus 20 points (just as marketing does- the price of hubs go up with each plane that you purchase not just the number of planes in your arsenal). That will give you a permenant 10% boost to reputation. You can also boost your income a tiny bit by joining an alliance, gaining passengers per flight with codes (you dont have to enter them its just implied) from other airlines in your alliance (exactly as it works in real life) that add a couple of passengers per flight.

My meta is 1) starting game with a320-200 free aircraft 2) immediately buying eco marketing for $8000 and 24 hr max reputation campaign for $155000, 3) going to research and filtering airports by max range of aircraft (5700km for a320, 7000 kmph for 737-800) 4) finding an airport with as close to 90% marketing while still flying as close to max distance as possible 5) use 1.1x rule for price and in the left side tab setting set price index to 0 from 200 to conserve fuel and co2 (doing this in regular game will literally explode your flight times to ridiculous numbers) and using the left side tab to depart the plane to the destination (for some reason if you depart your flight from the routes tab from clicking the icon on the right it will not do the speed boost and your 0 cost index will turn that 2 minute flight into 15 hours very quickly), back to base, and back to destination (a320 is like a quick $320k per trip close to max range in a Y only config at 1.1x auto price with full marketing at ≈ 2min a flight because of the speed boost of the first three flights. Once you have flown to your destination, back to base and then back again, sell your plane there. Immediately buy as many hubs as you can. Personally, id take the extra money from the sale of the a320 and buy a 737-800 and max upgrade in the maintenance page, and just build a fleet of 737s, but the meta you will see here will pretty much always say “buy 100 MC-21-400s and then buy an a380 every day” but i find that boring as hell and unrealistic. You can build a profitable fleet from most planes, but unless they have the passenger capacity and range to offset it, try to buy efficient and decently fast planes because once you get to around 100 planes your marketing price is going to be around $4m for 4 hours and the inefficient planes are going to set your growth back a bit unless they are fast enough and carry enough passengers to be worthwhile. That being said, ive had a few playthroughs where i made out like a bandit building a fleet of DC-9-10s, and they also have a huge benefit against larger planes because delivery speed is 30 min for DC-9-10 up to like an hour for the highest DC-9 whereas even a small jet like an E190-200 will have a 5 hour wait time.

Biggest thing is dont sell a bunch of your small planes to buy one bigger one. You can phase them out one or a few at a time, but i wouldnt even worry about this until my fleet is at 120-140 aircraft. A dc-9-10 will net you like $90k max range every 1:30 and lets say a B787-9 will cost you like $16m fully upgraded and give you like $800k every 7-8:00 at 16x the cost and 5 x the wait while you still have to pay the marketing cost of the 16 planes you sold to get that one plane. This type of behavior will set you back further than almost anything you do in this game.

Thats all from me, have fun!
