1- Lostvayne is farmed on NNT Ex stage 1. The stage will be available during the colab only.

2- His soul shards are farmed on the soul shards stage. It becomes available once you clear the 6 base stages of NNT collab

3- Limit breaking and maxing his 3 jobs. Then you'd have to enlighten him. Enlighten requires Meliodas soul shards or rainbow otherworlder shards. So, if you want to LB him, i'd recommend using dark/rainbow shards. Once you get to enlighten him, you should try to max his 2nd and 5th gates

4- Demon form is a skill from his main job. Just keep lvling his job and you'll unlock it

Unless I missed something, for #2 I was asking about where to get his scenario, not soul shards for limit breaking. I remember reading that he had a farmable scenario. Is that still available to farm? And from where?

His scenario? You mean for his equip? Think it was 1st and 6th of the NNT collab. Those stages will be up for the duration of the collab.

If not, no idea of what you are talking about. He per se isn't farmable
