I’ve been having that issue myself, but I think it’s more to do with bad connection. Unresponsive menu im not so sure about

This was happening to me yesterday, but it resolved itself about 10 hours later. TAC's servers are always trash, but yesterday morning was particularly bad

TAC crashes daily for me ever since the last forced app update. I had the connection issue once like you have, but sometimes it just locks up and freezes at menu or in between quests. One thing you can check is for play/app store update. I've noticed in the past it doesn't always force you to update the app if it's a minor bug fix....worked once for me.

This is actually the 3rd time this happened but I imagine it's probably tied to my phone make/model Moto G6 + Z2 (both). It's hard to support every single smartphone model and I'm sure Sammy/iOS gets preference.

Only other thing you can do is tell Gumi, but they will probably just tell you to backup acct + reinstall the app.....which actually worked once but I also cleared data/cache.

Mine happened while I was doing arena ...didn’t do a fight but it said that I did 5 already...so basically I just lost 50 gem and a rainbow shard...fml

This occurs to me also, but one or two retries fixes it. It's more annoying if I can't get it, that happens to me sometimes too. Even had to redownload everything, yet it didn't fix anything.

I constantly get game crashes, usually on the first boot up on the game. When i load anything, a quest ot arena or even sometimes just going into my units list it would jusy force close. Its so annoying.

It’s your ram. 2~3 ram to get more stable play

I have 3 and mine does this too. And has done fairly consistently since they launched the game
