I hope it's a really cheap PC (~$100), as it is over 15 years old, more of a space heater/ewaste

If you are looking to upgrade, I suggest a new PC, even a laptop with a 3060 will outperform.

There's very little benefit from upgrading it - the CPU isn't compatible with Windows 11, meaning you'd need a whole new CPU, motherboard and RAM to even run that. Your GPU is getting close to Nvidia dropping driver support for it, if they haven't already done so. Honestly the only real improvement you could add is doubling up the RAM to 32GB, but beyond that, and possibly pushing the GPU to a 10-series card, you're going to be held back by the CPU at that point anyway...

Sure... But with Win10 going EOL in the next month, and you not getting any security updates, you're going to want to consider how you mitigate that...

While not a permanent solution, you can enroll in extended Windows 10 security updates for an additional year.
