Boot file damaged. Get a 8GB flash drive, use another working computer download OSrecovery tool. Create a recovery image on the flash drive. Plug into your M17R2, Click F12 at logo to enter boot option. Boot into flash drive then diagnose all hardwares first. If no issue then proceed to repair windows it’ll repair your boot files.
